Build the Future Fund 2026

The PHCC of NC Auxiliary is launching a year-round Workforce Awareness & Community Outreach Initiative focused on promoting careers in the plumbing, heating, and cooling industry throughout North Carolina.

Our goal is to connect with students, educators, parents, and communities to raise awareness of the rewarding opportunities available in the skilled trades.

Through career fairs, school presentations, workforce events, and community outreach activities, Auxiliary volunteers will help introduce the next generation to apprenticeship programs, career pathways, and opportunities within our industry.

To support these efforts, the Auxiliary is developing Workforce Outreach Kits that include educational materials, promotional items, hands-on activities, and volunteer resources that can be used at schools and community events across the state.
